Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably on highway and bridge projects.


• BSc/HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.


• Strong knowledge of highway and bridge construction methods, engineering standards, and best practices.


• Proven experience in site supervision, project execution, and contractor management.


• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans.


• Good understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) requirements.


• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.


• 8. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
